Well, Ele Staff 5 and Specs are naturally obtainable, just not in vast quantities.

So what about items that are naturally obtainable but generated through a hack?
Players "who were found to have used the hack"? So only the people stupid enough to advertise that they did it.

Well Specs and Elestaffs isn't a big deal so it's what ever for Nexon. This is very difficult for them to track, so it doesn't surprise me they missed out on things that are easily obtainable but was still exploited.

Those that actually bought something though from a hacker (like an S rank Nebulite) and got banned... don't come crying on this board.
