Still curious about this. PvE and PvP skill data are listed separately. It would be easy for the game to have a cooldown on one and not the other. That's what leads me to believe that this doesn't have to do with PvP. It's really confusing the way they did it. I'm thinking it might have to do with some boss in the future that uses these parameters. My best guess anyway.

I saw Elemental Decrease changed to pvp=0. That's a new-ish skill that wasn't here for PvP (IIRC), so that leads me to think that if it's not PvP, it's at least something very very similar to PvP.

EDIT: From what it looks like having looked more at what each type does, it looks like it makes it an active buff? By that I mean something that would show up in your buffs on the top-right corner. No comprendo.

Well, pomegranate. There goes a crapload of nx. 400 nx each would've sold more tbh, since there are so many items that need conversions, and at 2700 only the nx hoars will bother with this because scissors/hammers/cubes are more important to people with few amounts of nx.

It really is a good deal, especially if it's permanent when (if?) we get it over in gMS. I'd expect them to raise the price, considering NX clothes are pretty much around the same price, but ours are only temporary and it costs/used to cost around twice as much for the perma version.

I dunno. Nexon just likes to do nerfs on classes for no reason (Unless you're a pirate. Then they just cut your arms off.) so that later they can "rebalance" them and have people try to make them again.

Those cooldowns don't apply to PvE.
