Is It Possible?

To change your email on nexon.net? =S
I'm not sure of the appropriate section for this but has anyone been able to successfully get their email changed?
If so, how?

I -really- need to regain access to my bowmaster and the email I used to create my account is inaccessible because the website I used shutdown @_@

edit: I can't log a ticket from the account because I pw reset before finding out my email was down T_T

Well, I've attempted to change my email numerous times, but I was unsucessful on all occasions. Then again, I never logged a ticket.

They won't change your eMail unless there's a "special situation." No one really knows what kind of situation that would be.

It is possible.. but if you don't have access to your account to send a ticket, I don't think you can.

As a policy, we do not change email addresses on any accounts though there is a chance for a rare exception. In order for us to consider an email address change we need to verify its account information without any errors. Please note that you cannot have two Nexon accounts registered with the same email address.

Please provide the following account information. Please make sure that it is 100% correct and complete before submitting:

Account ID:
Name (First and Last):
Birth date:
Secret Answer 1 (What is the name of your best friend?):
Secret Question 2:
Answer to Secret Question 2:
Registered email address:
New email address:
Reason for the email change:

If you do not remember any of the required information, we are sorry to inform you that we cannot help with your issue. Once we have verified this information, we will determine if we will proceed with the request.

Be advised if you no longer have access to the registered email address because of a lost password, or lost email account due to inactivity then it is your responsibility to contact the email service provider to regain access to your account. Email change requests for these reasons will not be considered.

That's pretty asinine. I never remember which Secret Questions I picked. I mean, most of you guys are kids... what if your parents change ISPs? You'd be forced to have a new email and have no real say in the matter. So Nexon can say, sorry you can't have your account back because your parents pineappled you over?

That's probably why you're supposed to write those things down in case you forget.

They also changed the field requirements so some of my accounts actually have invalid info in them (no spaces in secret question responses? lol?)
