Actually got a chance to read the blog, since the website was under heavy load and they strongly suggest we're getting the 1st part of Justice in June.

As we move into June, we’ll be ramping up towards our big summer content release. Not just one but two new characters will soon be joining the MapleStory cast.

All I can say is "Expected/10", if that ends up being the case.
