It's not a mount that uses a saddle, it's a 'skill mount' if you know what I mean, so yes it can be ridden by anyone. And it was not permanent, lasted 30 days I believe.

Well, it's nice to know that I can use it on my Wild Hunter then; though, it sucks that it's not permanent. They really need to cut it out with all of these temporary event rewards.

Not sure about the Silver Mane, we only got the Indian Hog.

Pie boss has too much HP! It's like 2.1bil or some ridiculous number.
Also, not surprising the "Rewards" are uber low drop rate. Killed a few pies and only got Orange Pots and Apples...
