We will be performing a series of maintenances on our billing systems over the next month. We expect the impact to be minimal - at most, you might find it difficult to purchase NX through PayByCash and credit card for up to 15 minutes at a time during the maintenance periods.

If you just can't wait those 15 minutes, you will still be able to purchase your NX through BilltoMobile or PayPal. You can also purchase your NX before the maintenance times.

I lol'ed at the, "If you can't wait 15 minutes then..." part. Oh Nexon, Some of us have waited months for tickets to be answered.
