Have this problem as well. =S It only occurs for 2 characters on one account, I'm able to log in to all the other characters on the account just fine. The only common thread between the two is that they are both guild masters... >_> And they also happen to be "main" characters. Can't figure out at all why those two since I wasn't even on either character when the USC started.

Now I know the EXP cards say "One per account per day", but has anyone confirmed getting another weekend card? I forgot to get my weekend one from yesterday so I can't test myself, but I would assume you get another card.

At least there's hope for a fix, since there will be a maintenance on the 4th (2x cards end that day). Too bad I didn't get to enjoy 2x on my sair but oh well I guess.
