I'm sure loads, and loads of practice. I can occasionally do this when I crack some incredibly lame pun and be laughing in my head, but I can't exactly keep up a straight face after doing more than a few in a row.

I've always wanted to know how he got all that stuff in an elevator without someone else calling it down.. Some of his skits are even more elaborate than this one!
