I believe Zelkova's referring to the fact that if a customer tried to call Ms. Cox and ask her a few friendly questions, he would be blocked at the front desk.

It was a joke at Nexon and their incapableness to talk to their playerbase directly. Take a look at any other game developer and they will talk to you. Be it from a representative or what-have-you. The only method I know of talking to someone from Nexon directly, is to talk to Hime on Twitter, as my friend ThatWasMyKil does frequently.
