The nice thing about water-of-life sales is that, assuming it's the regular 90-day item, you can buy it even one day after using the previous one, and still get the full advantage of the sale. (Assuming you're online on the 90th day to use it).

Coming out permanently is pretty much a given. It will happen in the future for sure. If they do it 2 weeks from now then that's just pineappleed up but I learned my lesson when I scrolled three pet equips with attack just to have clean 5 att 5 slot pet equips come out 3 weeks later.

is there a list of items that are in the ice cubes anywhere (It's pretty much safe to assume it's a bunch of potions and other crap I guess)? I don't recall seeing anything like that in Fiel's extractions o.o

Some things, like the herb/ore bags have lists stored in the client. Cash shop items (and exceptions whenever nexon feels like it) like the microwaves don't.

So you don't buy hundreds of them for essentially free Charm.
Still, should be one per cash shop storage.

We have had that silly quest with a bug that gave out free NX items, and we have had unlimited 99 NX sales, but not 1 NX as far as I can remember.

Oh that's what i was thinking of. Not TOO much of a difference though. Between those two we've had plenty of chances to get level 30 charm, which is all anyone cares about anyway.
