With all the enhanced 27 att shoes that GMS has, it's never gained attack.
It's one of those "true until proven wrong" things.

Gloves gain attack because enhancements are coded to give that bonus to those specific equip types if used on it. Not because it has attack. For this to change we need to see a 140 item not chaosed, but enhanced to a higher att then it had previously.

you can get 1 attack from 0-50, 51-100 gets 2 attack at almost 100% rate on weapons, there is a rare chance it does not add attack though, also you don't need to have base to get attack, wgs can gets 2 attack from ees regardless 0 attack or not at a rare chance.

I think they did this through positive chaos scrolls.
If they did, that's a HELL of a lot of sticks.

- Glove
- Weapon

Not a single person in jms, kms, gms has ever gotten attack from an EE on something other than glove/weapon. Not a single person has ever documented it ever happening ever. You said all equips can get it, which is incorrect. It's already known gloves and weapons can get it.

And the base stats doesn't mean pomegranate when EEing in terms of what can be added, not the amount added

this thing gos in par with the achievement of "moneysaver", today i made these, they were 2 attk clean, now...



it took:
2 epic pot scrolls for it to gain potential
11 spike scrolls for it to gain spike effect
20 cubes for it to go to legend, about 7 for that potential.
and only 35 WS and 10% shoe attk scrolls

this shoe has been luck all over the place.

thanks to the two guys sitting next to me for helping, and brandon, if you read this, you scare me (he predicted a 10% scroll passing the last slot before hammers, and other crazy stuff lol)

i'll be honest, i didn't expect it to go so well, i simply bought 31 scrolls over time, and bombed them all one after the other (6/9), then asked someone to lend 20, and the first 4 ended up filling the last 3 slots.

i got waay too lucky.

but then again, i spend a good 3 bil fusing and miracle-chaosing shoes to no luck, so ~_~

I usually jinx people whenever I give good luck predictions so I just stand there. My presence is good enough luck plus my scrolls are lucky. :3

I imagine having max Diligence would help a hell of a lot when it comes to 10%+WSing something.
