I hope they fix this before the weekend, my only playing time.

They better give it to everyone and not say who logged in 1 feb 2012 get it , because rare people could log in for few mins in this day >->.

If they did that, tables will be flipped.

They say it's a hardware issue, not a software one.

Look at changes to the hardware/server updates and pinpoint when it started crashing.
If nothing has changed, then it's probably a software compatibility issue.

Hmm... they better extend my Special Mastery Book, I just need 3 more levels and I was hoping to get to at least 119 today.

Seeing as this is wide-spread across all games, if it *were* a hardware issue, it would likely be:

1) Electric/power failure (which would be relatively easy to identify)
2) Some other malfunction relating to the physical hardware, but it would be on one of the top-level servers that is shared by everything below it.

Even in scenario 2), it should be easy to identify what's causing the issue, as it would likely be the first thing to "trip" while they are testing.

This is what leads me to believe it is a software issue (bad code tripping the servers at some point, etc). This would be significantly more challenging to identify.

All of this comes before even attempting to fix anything. The fact that they have yet to identify the root cause is what's most troubling here.

Hardware has this unpleasant tendency to wear out, burn out, melt down, break... in other words, change state without anything intentional being done to it.
Have you never had a computer stop working even though you didn't change its hardware or software?

Lol @ haters. She should've said "No need to get involved with the more intelligent community who hates how we run our game and lol's at our incompetence."

Well maybe that's too long of a switch...

If the other Nexon reps consider rightfully unsatisfied customers/patrons "haters", there are no words.

I'm going to be the person that says the obvious: Hardware does not take this much time or effort to troubleshoot and replace. Yeah for a system this large it is no picnic, but it's been two weeks? Ish? All you're saying is that nexon is as productive at fixing this as 3D Realms was when making Duke Nukem Forever, which is something we all already know.
