All Cash Items have been extended by 48 hours.
Eligible players can now pick up their free cash items until the end of the day Monday, February 6.

Thank you for your support and understanding while we continue to work on resolving the stability issues.

It was removed almost immediately after the USC notice went up.

I'm honestly so done with this week.

How ridiculous that a company with such a large player base cannot solve a issue that is widespread on ALL of their servers. It's not even like this is a game glitch or some other needle in a haystack... I mean, I simply do not get it.

Amazing how a company with such massive profits can fail this fucking horribly. For an entire god damn week.

Nexon just patch the bloody game, if you fix it now , it'll probably comeback with the new patch, so patch now and resolve your issues later......

As told to me by one of their community responders, finding the glitch really IS like finding a needle in a haystack. They haven't even isolated what causes it yet.
The only way this error pops up is if they bring the servers up.

At this rate, this isn't getting fixed. I hope you all realize that they have actually done *nothing* for the past week except bring the servers up & down in hopes of identifying what is making them crash. They have (clearly) failed to do so, across all their games. The amount of fail here isn't even quantifiable.

They have done stuff, or they wouldn't have declared victory and handed out compensations.
It's just that what they did was not enough.

When I say "done stuff", I refer to accomplishments. Making changes that have had seemingly no effect (or have made thing worse) would not fall under that category

By now I would have assumed that they would have brought up a copy of the haystack from last month, and compared that haystack to their current one to see where the differences are.
