Getting secondary stats is hard for me considering I can't invest heavily into NX for cubing all my items 2394082394 times to max percentage of stats. As someone who can't even afford to buy pre-scrolled gear anymore, getting secondary stats is VERY hard for me to get. I appreciate the extra AP as it means that I'll be able to have a higher base without being "nub", if ever I get to that level. =/

Yes, it can. Mine is extended until Feb. 12th.
Another issue (other than it's still crashing) I've noticed is that my NX spent during the instability period was not refunded as stated in this notice.
Wondering if it'll take some time.

You don't have to cube at all to equip any endgame item with 4 base secondary. 0.o
Peeps have done the maths.

Of course, I'm assuming you're talking about sets, because I'm pretty sure picking and choosing endgame items is somewhat silly.
