Because at some point Nexon retitled their notice to include "[Resolved]".
They've since taken that word off.

I have more than 2 warrior class characters I play.I share their equips since I can't afford to buy separate ones.
Transferred my equips using the storage today. Server went down and now that its back up my equips are gone......
Lemee guess. If i send a ticket theyre not going to do anything?

It said Resolved the 1st time the put the game back up, and it was immediately removed in a matter of minutes. Nexon so sly.
