Nope. Alot of my guildies got Storm Growth Potions while they were already 200 during the tiara event.

Oh and of course I log on for the first time since early January to find myself hacked again, after changing my password for the 3rd time, my email can't possibly be compromised, so nexon is still fucking up, great. And the ticket from the last time I was hacked is still open.

About getting the growth potion for lvl 200 , you always can log in a character that is not lvl 200 to get the items , unless you log in the lvl 200 because of the hat , then no need to be greedy o.o its free items after all.

Can Islanders get the hot time box? I know the rules say you need to be in a readily accessible town, so I suppose this does not include southperry, but hey..

I don't think the SP/AP resets can be transferred.

During the Mercedes tiara hot time, SP and AP resets were transferable through storage.
Personally, I got the tiara on my Mercedes and used the resets on my battlemage.

Seems likely, yes. I think they just don't want you in a map where you'll die if Cassandra pops up on you.
