I finally got it

At long last, after endless hours of hunting the rarely-spawning crimson tree for the rarely-dropped crimson wood, in the absurd quantity of 300, I have been able to forge the fabled Crimson Arclancer!

Big thanks to Xiyuuna who gave me 20 crimson wood and helped get the final materials, and ClassyShot who ran to ludi and turned my Dex ores into Crystals. Couldn't do it without everyone's help~

Just curious, but could you have used a bow stimulator for above/below avg stats (Is it possible with Crimsonwood weapons)? Then again, after all that work, I dont think you'd have tried it for the risk of it kabooming, lol.

Nope, no stimulators. not that I would use them anyway, I have bad experiences with that *remembers forging an Olympus with a bow stimulator, using every last meso to do it, then watching it blow up*.

As for being AFK I do that a lot :p especially with the trees, they only respawn every 15 minutes or so, so I'd go around and kill them all, then AFK till they spawned again.

Wow grats!!! Kudos on collecting all the wood...I couldn't imagine putting myself through that lol.

Ah... This reminds me of my last project. Spending to my last meso making a balanced fury set. Now I'm broke, but I love them :p
