Unscheduled Maintenance - 01.11.2012

The release was planned and put on automatic deployment at the date of the Legend patch. Of course they will release it even if it does not work, because canceling it would mean more work that aint even needed. I think they did this as well as they could given how bloody useless the forum servants channels of communication seems to be.
Nexon is guilty of much but lets not overreact just because some of us are butt hurt not being able to crush things with the Emo Slayer for another few hours.

Lol I wonder how long it'll take them to fix this. Considering hime says it was being looked at a few days ago, they should have a head start on things.

I am sure they are like , after all people will go to sleep so why do we care much to fix it now , we can fix it by the time they comes from school , and the fact that some people stayed awake just to try DS early xD.

It is a problem creating new characters, not something that could potentialy ruin anything. Do people think it warrants shutting down the game before they have a fix so that noone can play instead of just having problems making a DS?

Taking the servers down before there was actually a method and the appropriate people there to fix it would be silly.
Anyone not facing a cutscene can play the game just fine.

They've known about the problem for a few days.
They knew they don't have a fix ready.
They could not prevent the launch without a patch.
They decided to let it go as scheduled, pretending they don't know about the problem.
They had the notice ready-made to go up shortly after midnight, in order to garner compliments on how fast they respond.

Now we all wait for the smart boys in Korea to find a solution. Could be today, could take another few days, no rush.

inb4 TBD = 11:59pm PST.
