mount covers

so we are getting mount covers next patch..

does anybody know what mount covers currently exist in other versions? i assume we are not the first version to get them but i couldnt find any screens or images of existing mount covers..

Global MapleStory is the first version that will get these ''Mount Covers'' (i assume you need to pay for it).
There are other mounts in other versions, but these can be obtained by doing an event quest.

I forgot to mention the disk is from JMS event. Limited Edition flying disk.

Don't forget the trojan mount. Event mount as well.

Those aren't covers, though. They're special limited time event mounts that have their own unique level, speed, and so on. Mount covers have never been done before (though clearly mounts were designed with this thought in mind) so we don't really know how it will work. Will they have separate level, and tiredness? Will they have different speeds? There's no telling. Calling it a "cover" suggests that it wouldn't alter the stats in any way, but you never know.

If Nexon keep to their word; NX items will not change your stats in-game.

I`m wondering if that "Tamed Mob Equipment" Slot is where its placed. Or it might be like NX Equips that cover over the item, in this case, the Tamed Mob Saddle/Mob itself.

This will probably be the most likely case. Instead of a hog or a mane, it'll look like a frog or an ostrich. More for aesthetics [or whatever word means "enhanced viewing pleasure"] than anything else.

Think of it like the pet equip stuff i.e. clown costume for pandas, witch costume for tigers, etc. Hopefully they don't look crappy though.

Those Frogs/Ostriches aren't anything spectacular, so Nexon wont get issues for them (maybe if the frog looks exactly like Winky, then something may happen).

The deal is that building blocks are not able to be a trademarked idea.
If there were details such as a brand or how the brick would fit then they might have some issues.

Anyways, we all know they wouldn't have made ludi from lego, their bricks would have cost too much.

I figure its a cheap knockoff, like mega blocks or the stuff you can find around china town.
