Enter the Golden Temple unlimited times for free for the first time ever, get 2x EXP from hunting monsters during certain times on weekdays, enjoy special Hot Time events every day, get a gift if you havent logged in since before the first Legends update, and receive special equipment if youre new to MapleStory. • For the first time ever, you can enter the Golden Temple as many times as you would like for free!

2x EXP Weekdays

• January 4 - January 10
  
• Earn 2x EXP from hunting monsters every weekday from 4-6 PM Pacific!
  

Everyday Hot Time Events

• January 5 - January 11
  
• All players who are logged in at 4:30 PM Pacific during the event days will receive a prize.
  
• Receive a different reward each day! Rewards include equipment, buffs, a mount, and more.
  
• You must have space in your item inventory to receive the rewards. Each day, make sure you have at least one slot available in each in the Equip, Use, and Cash tabs of your item inventory.

New Year Welcome Back Gifts

• January 4 - January 31
  
• All players who havent logged in since before the Legends update last December 8 will receive a 10-day, 2x EXP coupon which lasts from 1-5 PM Pacific, just by logging in and entering the Cash Shop.
  
• All players who havent logged in since before the Legends update last December 8 and who have a pet which has expired will also receive Water of Life to revive the pet.
  

New Player Gifts

• January 4 - January 17
  
• Receive special equipment when you log in if you have an account created between December 8 through the end of the event period.
  Grape Earrings: REQ LV: 13, Weapon/Magic ATT +3, 5 upgrade slot unhammered, time limited, untradeable
  Grape Pendant: REQ LV: 13, STR/DEX/INT/LUK +5, Weapon/Magic DEF +50, time limited, untradeable
  Grape Belt: REQ LV: 13, Weapon/Magic ATT +2, Weapon/Magic DEF +50, Max HP/MP +300, time limited, untradeable

This announcement says 2x weekdays 4-6pm pacific, the hottime announcement says 2x each day 4-6pm pacific. So are weekends included or not? -_-

I kinda assumed the hot time was the typo, considering all the others start today and its the odd one out

Don't know yet whats going on, but with 3 characters checked so far, guild and buddy list have disappeared.
Also one of these chars was a guild master.
On first char, i was about to reply to a question from alliance member, when it told me that i'm not in a guild or whatever.
Very strange.

Considering they get the dates/times of things scheduled months in advance wrong a good 70% of the time anyway, yes.
Communication is not exactly Nexon's strength.
