There are two AP resets in the data, one is account shareable (the one purchased with Legend Coins) and the other one is not. I figure we'll be getting the untradeable one with Hot Time, but I could be wrong.

Can anyone let me know if you have to click anything with the window that pops up to received the box? Or can you afk in town and get the box?

I only ask because I work and won't be home until 7pm est that day so if I don't have to click anything I will just afk on my character, otherwise I guess I will have to sit this one out because Nexon decided to only favor people who are on winter break from school.

Seriously, can you see a good reason, other than pure sadism, to not make these items account tradeable?

The Tiara is for Mercedes.
But the AP reset is much more likely to be needed on an old character, made back when Maple World was different when it comes to secondary stats.
SP reset, too, is more likely to be needed for an older character that somehow missed them at the latest revamp. Or your Mercedes, I suppose, if you rushed to level it without doing your homework and researching builds first.
The level-up potion, well, some people will want it on their hardest-to-level char, others on the current "main".

Why must we choose? You could say "money", but only the Tiara is transferrable with NX (or will be... we don't have that sharing tag in our cash shop yet).

And if I remember correctly, 5 att is roughly equal to what, 25 primary stat? Making it roughly equivalent to a 35 or 40 allstat helm. Hello scrolled czak.

The stats are only good to Mercedes, my main isn't a Mercedes.

I messed up my Mercedes on AP and SP. (Others have perfect build at the moment) and I know those are tradeable in the account.
The Royal Elven Tiara I want on Mercedes just in case I feel like playing it after level 70.

20 Legends Awards Coins my main has 44 coins and Merc has 30 so any will do fine. (All I want is 50 coins, but I prefer on Merc so I can use all the coins up.)
Character Slot Expansion Coupon any character will do fine.

Storm Growth Potion is untradeable and I want this on my main.

Hero of Legend (if I get it) I want on my main.

Not sure who to log on on my main or the Mercedes.
