ID already logged in issue

When leveling a Mercedes earlier, I got disconnected for the hack reason upon entering Mushking Empire and ever since then I've been getting an error when trying to log into my account saying "This is an ID that is already logged in, or the server is under inspection." After doing some digging around, I found a fix posted in the Maplestory announcements and a thread on here saying that this fix allowed you to multiclient one account.

Anyway, I haven't had this issue for an extended period of time before but based on what I've read, it's entirely on Nexon's side and the only fix is waiting for a server check to restart the servers. Does that mean there's no fix in place because of that meso exploit about a year back and does that mean you're going to get your account stuck every time you get disconnected for a hack reason like running around with a familiar or moving around the map too fast?

Also, is anyone else stuck because of this?

I can't log in my main account for 4 days straight.

A guild member of mine went to LOG OUT last night and it is in "limbo" now also. It shows up in guild and you can track it to a channel but it isnt in a specific map. All you can do is hope for either an Unscheduled Server Check or Log a ticket and wait for Nexon to DC you ID.

Probably right around 24 hours ago now.

Usually just restarting your comp or if you use game launcher logging into another acct resets it I've never had an acct lock on me after I did either one

A guild member of mine is also stuck logged in. Has been for about... 5 days now? He said he was doing Henesys PQ on a mercedes mule, logged out right after it to switch characters, and hasn't been able to log back in since.

I've been stuck since Monday. Anyway, it's server sided so I think anything short of having someone crash the servers, I'm pretty well stuck until another maintenance. I just hope they come up with a better fix for it because I'm pretty sure it was the servers being crappy that got me stuck in the first place.

Last time they tried to fix it, they created a meso exploit.

Yeah, I figured that's what happened. I believe I referenced that in my original post, actually. I was pretty mad when I got rolled back that time, but I think this is more aggravating than losing my above average Scarlion helm. I've already missed the Hot Time event, I haven't been able to do anything with the coin event for 8 days and now I guess I'm missing some new event.
