As I said in the description: only 7 out of 424 hits (53 casts of barrage) were NOT criticals.

If there's one problem with buccs now, it's survivability huh?

They can't recover anything by command but they still recover 60% HP/MP over the course of a minute.

I counted 8 non-critical hits.

This.

With any luck that'll be stackable with the 15%HP/MP every 10 seconds (90%HP/MP a minute) recovery of the familiars in gMS. Even so, not sure if it's sufficient HP recovery to be really useful even with pot cooldown s;.

(won't lie, haven't really read up much on the Buccaneer changes)

Non-crits only on the very first hit? Or was I not paying attention?

Energy Charge is ugly.

This, and if they made the transformation sprite actually be over your character when first casted, I think the skill would look a lot cooler, instead of having it appear behind you. And probably the combination of orange and red makes it tackier.

Nice crits.

Did this follow through to KMS?

I counted 9 the first 2 times, but just went with 8 cause I thought I was probably imagining extra. Frown

Mr. Alli. Mutant Snail also does something similar for your whole party.

And I didn't notice it before, but the quoted comment brings something back up, weren't Familiar effects counted as pots when activated? I thought I remembered this being the big deflater to everyone's grand Empress plans.

So i think how this works is...

When you're attacking a monster, crits work normally.

When you're attacking a boss, this happens. Feature of critical rage? Pretty sick.

They certainly don't work in the Dojo, unfortunately.

Have to admit, seeing so many red numbers would be pretty nice on my Bucc. Wonder if this "bug" will get fixed or not.

May not be a bug but more of how melee crits work if you have above x% crit rate. just my 2 cents though
