Elements of the game affected by ping?

I'm considering moving my 120 cygnus over to El Nido (as im closer to east coastto start off my Mercedes, but first I just need to know the benefits of doing so.

So far i noticed faster looting on a evan i have there. A friend told me i'll be better at pvp, just need confirmation on that.

What other things, major or minor will playing with a lower ping bring?

Also, when would the next server maint that honors server transfers be?

PvP, looting, attack received and sent.

As far as I know physically El Nido's in the same place as the rest of the servers. It's less laggy because there are less people on it.

I thought El Nido was the east coast server?

It's advertised as such but I wouldn't put it past Nexon to lie about that.
