Hopefully somewhere in there Twilight (or whatever it's called) will be fixed for Phantom. Skill changes probably.

<Skill Changes>
1. Thief/Bandit/Shadower skill changes
- Shield Mastery, when equipped with a shield, provides a passive chance to dodge enemy attacks
2. Phantom skill changes
- Steal Management (Beginner): Skill Management UI was adjusted
- Judgement (Beginner): Additional effect, causes three Blanc Carte to fly forward attacking enemies
- Judgement (Beginner Upgraded): Additional effect, causes five Noir Carte to fly forward attacking enemies
- Double Pierce (1st): Damage improved
- Call of Fate (2nd): Damage improved
- Blanc Carte (2nd): Master level changed to 10
- Coat of Arms (3rd): Damage improved
- Phantom Charge (3rd): Damage improved

Corrected errors associated with other skills
