Nexon posted a patch for KMST version 409 upgrade to version 410.
You may download this patch from their official site and begin [thread=13610]creating your pre-patcher[/thread] now.
Extractions and database updates will be forthcoming (if supported)!

Maybe they reverted the changes they made to buccs? since the old skills data is already in the game, it wouldn't need a big patch would it?
