Whens the best time to return to Maple?

I just wanna logg in and mess around right now.. but I know i'll be playing actually when Legend rolls around..

And Nexon usually offers Return packages..

So, is it best to login now?
Or wait for Legend?

I'm pretty sure that there is a 2x exp and drop event this weekend, so if you plan on starting it might as well be now to give yourself a head start.
