Nexon screwed over the class... idc about damage, this just seems like a bandit/elemental mage hybrid. Nothing to do with assassins...

I love the fact how they are basically making every class the same. Might as well remove all classes and make 1 hybrid class with all the skills.

I don't see the problem wasn't majority of players complaining about avenger being worst mob attack in the game. Nightlords will be using quadthrow or whatever other skill they get in 4th job to mob anyway. So your still throwing stars. Various games had ninjas throwing stars with wind and fire elements attached to them.

I actually like this change. Gives variety. As throwing stars you still have the exploding thing, quadruple throw, and that area of effect weakener sounds quite nice to use with other stuff... Does it stack with threaten? And nontheless, Night lords are exactly what I wanted to see: easy to use class with support things. Right now, you have one main attack, one mob attack, an area of effect mob debuffer, an area of damage reflection, many passives, and an ultimate. And if you earn it through lunar dews and the likes, you earn an hp recovery skill: vampire.

This time it's balanced. also consider that the ninja ambush mob attack actually hits on both sides, unlike avenger. We are now unique again, only in a totally unexpected way. and best of all! it works even better with a fellow bandit and smokescreen.

You didn't see them because they're ninjas. Silent killers! jk but yea the attacks look kinda odd with some of the skills.

I imagine many people feel as you do.
But I've heard many others complain that they like their class, that's why they chose to play it. They just wanted a few changes like more damage, more speed, more range, more status effects, more defense/evasion, etc. And a removal of old useless skills for new flashy ones. But not a whole new class.

I don't know what you people are on about.
All they did was add some new attacks to third job.
People always complained about how terrible avenger was, so they added 2 new mob skills and a rush skill.
All it does is make 2nd and 3rd job not suck so much ass anymore.
4th job Night Lords still play the EXACT same way, except on mobs, they use that exploding thing/band of thieves thing instead of avenger.
It's nowhere near as drastic as the bucc/sair changes.

I think the addition of Quad Throw really hurt people's thoughts.

I see the NL's trademark of stars, I see Haste and Flash Jump. I see exploding Shurikens that has an uncanny resemblance to Avenger, I see Shdowy Ninjas that resemble the concept of Ninja Storm/Ninja Ambush in one skill. I still see Venom. I see what some people want: they removed Shadow Meso, an old useless skill. I see that they kept the unique Shadow Web of Hermits. I see the 4th Job Web-paper thing with more status effects that everyone wants. I see more damage with Quadruple Throw. They even kept Taunt.

Of course I see some parts that are bad, such as looking like a flash game with L7/TT (should be easy to fix if enough Tespians complain about that), the removal of a favorite skill: Alchemist. BUT... this is not a whole new class.
Edit: Buccaneers on the other hand...They lost their freaking Transformations, i-Frames, and is now freaking orange (as opposed to a nice blend of light blue/light orange).

Agreed, i really dislike the changes they made to buccaneers, I was going to continue mine until i saw transform was taken away, the same goes with shadowers, they just look like dual blades now, the only class that isnt too bad is corsair, but they got battleship removed which kinda disappointed me as well.

I know how you feel. My Viper and my Shadower were my two mains - Viper being #1 and Shadower being character choice #2. x_x Now that that's pretty much out of the picture and with Demon Slayers, Mercedes and even Cannon Shooters being too expensive to fund due to mastery book prices, it looks like I'll have to find another class to play. Even my Hero is too expensive to continue due to a certain book's price being too high.

I may as well quit now. lol
