Attention, Maplers!

This Saturday and Sunday, your GMs will be popping into various locations in Maple World to see whether youre ready for the biggest MapleStory update ever! Legends will be big, and Maple heroes need to be ready for the fight of their lives!

Check out some of the events the GMs will be holding and be ready to display your fighting skills. Legends is not for the faint of heart!

-When-
Saturday, November 19 Sunday, November 20, 2011

-Where-
GMs will appear in random towns and other maps throughout Maple World.

-What-
Get ready for the following GM events:

  • Confidence Courses: GMs will be opening special maps where you will run confidence courses. Can you keep up or will you fall behind because you were too tired?
  • Physical Fitness Drills: GMs will randomly buff players. We expect you take those buffs and go out there and slaughter monsters!
  • Training Sims: GMs will randomly summon monsters in towns. We dont necessarily expect you to win these battles, but we do expect you to fight!
With hard work, even the lowliest newb will be ready for Legends!

They get one GM to go throughout the servers to say "EVENT STARTING" then leave some in the gm map by accident. Rolleyes

Looking foward to a nerfed PB, Empress, or a bunch of Manon and Griffeys dispeling and killing everyone.

I wonder hwo the confidence courses will be like.

It says Legend is the biggest update ever.

Three new classes and a few rebalances?

Nope, Big Bang was still bigger.

Great.

I'm totally expecting this

GMyel summons fake pb
high lvl yellondians dont care about pb
low lvl yellondians try to find a safe spot and talk about everything

and yeah we had a event like that long time ago in the db area entrance

...but if they summons non-gms monsters I would be happy

Lmfao what. Chaos was the biggest multi-patch in the games history, period. Biggest new area in a long ass time, biggest amount of new systems, the healthiest skill revamps despite all the aforementioned, PVP, etc etc etc. None of the other updates come close.

Please tell me which I can't remember, unless some how future henesys/erev is bigger than Edelstein, more useful for high levels you bet but I don't recall it being bigger.

Ok fine if you mean in number of sprites and stuff it was bigger, but edelstein came with only the 3 resistance characters and the revamps. When you combine future ereve with PvP maps and profession sprites and items though there's no way big bang was the bigger update.

I agree that Chaos was way more juicy but that "Biggest new area in a long ass time" seemed out of place, a bit below the belt.

They're underestimating the strength of heavy cubers.

If d/c hacking still exists, someone please do it to them.

Randomly appearing in the game like it's a giant party, when it's been months since they have last been on to do anything, ever. I don't know why, but I find that so...offensive...

Big Bang is still bigger than this update, though.
