Doesn't sound like it.

The entire point of this new company is just to market games to China, so it'll basically be another subsidiary of Nexon jointly owned by Perfect World.

Personally, I'm disappointed that no one has asked whether the universe will implode when Chinese virtual currency sellers try to sell virtual currency to their own countrymen.
