Wow it would be cool if their customer service growth at the same rate as their revenues

Crazy how they are still growing while their largest game, Maple, is turning into literal pomegranate.

It did! 0 * 1.29 = 0
It's not having what you want - It's wanting what you've got.

They're also absorbing the entire free-to-play market, though, which is increased revenue with each game. Not to mention that, as we see here every day, no matter how badly Nexon treats Maplers they'll still hand them wads of cash. Guarantee that if Nexon doesn't manage to fix the current situation it won't be enough to deter most of the effected.

Funny how Bank of America adds a $5 fee for debit card usage and everyone boycotts, thus removing the fee yet no one in Maple will boycott if they're in disagreement. Sad

It's a good thing most their players are an easily controlled mix of moronic and uninformed young'uns.

No you are wrong, it's -9000*1.29 = -11610, You can't have 0 customer service since they actually reply to tickets, but you can have a negative value since it wastes your time over 99% of the time no matter what you wrote on your ticket. So instead of no customer service, you get extremely bad customer service, that ultimately ends up wasting your time bring the customer service rating to negative.
