Character not showing in character select screen, but still exists

I think it only affects players that were in the process of doing the quests, not after completing them all. (i.e Lvl 1-4 of the Cygnus Skill, not Lvl 5)

That isn't it I had the quest done and complete months ago with maxed soul driver my hero is still gone.

It was just a theory, I don't know what really caused it.

Maybe we should try listing whatever seems relevant out of out characters' info, to try and pinpoint what the deciding factor is?

While we did not intend for the deletion of hacker-created Ultimate Explorers to affect some legitimate players, it did. We are working with our developers to figure out how we can help the legitimate players there were affected today. Thank you.

It's not a UA - my DW has not done the UA quests, and was created after it (seriously, did they not even think of looking at character creation dates or something)

EXACTLY. The FIRST F'UCKING THING you learn when you do databasing is that deletions are messy and you shouldn't do it unless you literally have to. Nexon did not literally have to.

None of my Scanian characters show up on the View All Characters screen if that says anything.

If this was up to me, I would have banned everyone who made a UA the last few days. If legits got banned, they could have been unbanned and their character still in place. But no. Nexon is an idiot and even the previously mentioned situation would have messed up somehow with them. I'm glad I didn't get deleted or did any UA related things, but I feel bad for you guys.
