Most likely no. It's not a cashop event like the past time. We get the quest back.

They go up to 90 days and can be re-extended forever as long as you collect one card. Yeah it's stupid but I'll take it. Gives me something to do.

so expect CS, MErcedes and DS all together and maybe also some KMS revamps (cygnus, adventurers and Hero revamps)

Why would we get KMS revamps that either:
a)Do not exist (Cygnus knights and Adventurers)
b)Have not even been finished being tested in the KMST servers? (Legends)

Welp, I'm absolutely disappointed already. Expiring Familiars and restricted Sidekicks; guess no medals for me. Only thing to really do is hoard up even more AEE's. Also, lol at them stuffing Gachapon with game-breaking goodies than addressing glitches...I like how they reused the same, "We're looking into CWKPQ" statement for the last 3 patches now.

The portal leading inside Crimsonwood Keep has been removed while some issues with the Crimsonwood Keep party quest are looked at.

Well. I guess I shouldn't have hoped they weren't going to make familars temp. Worthless patch is worthless.

I really doubt GMS is getting the new revamps merged in the Legend update.
It's not finished yet in Korea.

At least it's confirmed that GMS will get the next major update (Legend) in December. The same month KMS will get another major update.

They didn't when they first came out, but Nexon may have changed it overtime. I believe the last time we had the rings was Mapleversary, 2010.
Back then they stacked with any kind of EXP buff, such as Family, 2x, 1.5x, etc. I expect mass abuse with these at LHC.
EDIT: Just realized the "Perfect Attendance" event went until Sept 18th. 3 months is Dec. 18th. Nexon too good

"sidekick" system sounds like it will be nothing more than a new party type for lower levels.

When someone invades your Jesters map, instead of you saying "cc please" and he "party please", you will both say "sidekick please" (assuming more than 5 levels between you) for that extra 50%(?) exp.
Maintaining a sidekick relationship for any length of time would be impractical, especially with the artificial 5-level limitation, unless you happen to have a friend who is able to train at the exact same times you do. Note that if the level gap goes too far beyond 5, the high-level partner begins losing out on mob exp when they train together, due to the brilliant anti-bot mechanism.

Also, I must object to the term "sidekick". As far as I know, that word does not describe a symmetrical relationship. Robin is Batman's sidekick, but Batman is not Robin's sidekick. Calling him "the high-level sidekick" doesn't make the word fit. Call it "training partner", call it "blood brother" (or sibling), just don't call it "sidekick".
