I might be wrong but...I'm pretty sure Ellin Forest monsters didn't have special attacks except for the ones implanted into Monster Park.

Early on should maybe be a little slower, but later in the game nuh uh. Full grown full power, full speed.

Onyx Dragons at full strength supposedly have magic power that rivals the Black Magician's. I see no problem here.

I do, Black Magician is gonna be much stronger then Evans dragon when/if it releases. We should have been that strong from the start F3 haha

Of course he is. Even if an Onyx dragon could be as powerful it doesn't mean that the Black Mage wouldn't have a trick or two up his sleeve to always have that advantage.

Nice that the classes are getting interesting revamps though isn't the dragons speed a bit too fast...Then again dragons are supposed to be one if not the strongest creature in mythology..or something haven't read much lately.

Battle Mage's Twister Spin seems to have increased by 2x attack speed.

Based on the video, it's 17/18 hits in those 10 seconds.

There's nothing we can comfortably sacrifice. Even now, we use CO to make sure everything is 'maxed' in Third Job.

Or, make the more obvious move and reduce Charged Blow to 20...
It and Dragon's Roar are the only two Third Job Warrior skills that require so many damn points.
Frankly, I believe that no skill before 4th Job should take more than 20, and even some there should require less.

I'm also going to be rather anal here and point out that MuscleWizard's idea would leave White Knights with 5 extra points that would only really serve to allow a couple more things to be maxed without CO.
Alilatias' idea, however, completely boggles the mind as it would leave a whopping 60 points worth of skills out from the Third Job listing. Not sure what purpose that serves.
