It looks like a 100% Potential Scroll that only works on the Evolving Belt. If it really was useful (i.e. 100% chance of Unique 3-line potential), I'm pretty sure Nexon would have told us. If it's a crappy item, it's better to not say anything about it and make curious people waste NX trying to get it.

It's a lvl 13 belt anyways, you can easily get better potential on craftable lvl 70+ belts. But yeah, let's wait to see what that Special Upgrade Item can do

Either the upgrade item sucks a lot or someone found a way to hack the Evolving Belt event :f6:

i'm sure it's just an exploit, and if it is potential, which i'm not really 100% convinced that it will be, i think it probably will, but it might not be at the same time, then that doesn't necessarily mean it works like other potentials do. if anything it would make more sense for it to work like the gloves from dojo.

But items like that with set potential (Demon Slayer Shield, Dojo Gloves) have their potential set in the data, ie, we are able to see it in the extractions. This belt does not

I want to know the point of this Event. It is completely random and out of no where...unless I missed something in the dialogue.
