What areas/mob are inside monster park and can a lv 120+ go in the lv 70-120 area?

The areas have several sub areas for monster levels. (120+ has like 6 or 7 areas with varying level ranges, e.g. Road to Zak monsters set at level 121-131, tot mobs 141-151, dark ereve mobs 171-181, that type of thing)

I don't think 120+ can go in 70-120, I couldn't in tespia when I tried on my 190 BM.
