The music gets faster as you go through every 5 rounds and is one of the largest reasons I am hyped. There is some random silence that the uploader added, so you can stop listening after you don't hear anything for a while.
Altar of Limits also uses some of these, but we're not getting it yet.

You gotta admit that delicious single hit damage from him is pretty crazy though.

And who the blazes hotkey Shift? I got by with the default hotkey locations all this time.

I do. it is mostly personal preference but I usually put high CD cube skills on it.

Shift key is pretty good for nuke skills like Agni/Neil, or skills like Guard.

To be honest, Altar of Infinity is a joke. It's only use is for the three run daily, and for a nice chunk of EXP.
Altar of Limits is the best.
