One small problem with canon shooters not coming out in November.... What are they going to release in November other wise? October I can guarantee will be AT LEAST Halloween events. 1. Thief/Pirate revamp isn't even out in KMS, nor has it even been started on, so that's 100% not possible.

Do the Carved Golden/Silver Seal Coupons make 2lined items become 3lined at a 100% rate?
Which(if any) items are affected by the Sharing Tag?

Silver is 50%, Gold is 80%.
Only event items that come out after the Share Name Tag comes out, and even then, it's only some of them.

Are those stamps nx items or can we just buy em off an npc?

They are actually Cash items that you double click to receive the Use version of. They only come in packages with other Cash items, you can't buy them seperately in the Cash Shop. You can buy them from other people who've bought the packages though, since the use items are tradeable.
