What kind of sexist bulls'hit is this? Why is it that only females can get the Odd Eye face? And why isn't Wave Ponytail a style for both males and females since it matches both so well?

Pretty sure the eye thing is a reference to one of the Rozen Maiden characters, who is a female. So as a result, it's a female only eye style.

Not an excuse or even a good enough reason. Males and females share other eyes so they should share these as well. And don't even get me started on the cat eye look.

This seems awfully soon for another royal face event though. Are they planning to make them more frequent and in line with royal hair events maybe? That'd be nice.
