Your sister is either a liar or a dreamer. It absolutely won't have another price drop any time soon. They're already losing money on it--they'd sooner just give up on it than produce more for less. Not to mention that their sales have been very good since the first price drop. There's no logical reason for another to occur.

Not necessarily, it's probably part of the (stupid) 3DS hardware revision rumours that are flying about.
If nintendo does a hardware revision making a 3DS lite or something, they would be morons to try and release it for any more than the current 3DS price, which would mean the original models would need to be cut in price.

Lots of new games that are interesting but might not come to North America shown. Monster hunter 4 trailer was pretty awesome looked good with the platforms breaking and the hunter being chased. The new rpg from Square Enix looks good to me I love the art style from final fantasy III ds and 4 heroes of light more of that and traditional rpgs isn't a bad thing. Fire Emblem for 3ds was also announced never played that series though was going to but didn't for some reason.

Monster hunter 4 is going to sell the 3DS a lot in japan most likely nice that they got that. Wait people complaining about using a AAA battery f'ucking seriously? I don't get humans...

Everything and it's grandmother is rechargeable nowadays. This is more of an inconvience issue with me. I mean I guess it's not too big of a deal but we should be moving on ahead with technology instead of backwards.

In other news... Kid Icarus has been delayed and slated for 2012 along with Paper Mario and Luigi's Mansion 2.
Super Mario 3D Land slated for November 13th and the new Mario Kart on December 4th. From what I've seen there's alot to look forward to which is good news for sure. The 3DS needed this badly.

Holy pineapple that thing makes the 3DS gigantic. This just makes me want to sell my 3DS to wait for a new model with that already added in it..
