If Maple3d was like.... Same game, 2d side scroller style, but everything was in 3d, then that might be worth it. but I agree... it should just be made into HD, and the same game.

Being a free game, it will probably have low system requirements so more people can play. Probably similar to combat arms. As for 3D, that would kick ass. Hopefully it will require more skill to play.

lol you're right, it was late and I misread it. I thought the whole article was just on Maple Story2.

I wonder if MapleStory 2 will be a complete haulover for MapleStory, with new graphics, resolutions, and other stuff, but still the same game. Kinda like how Survival Project would change everything and call it Survival Project 2.

Then MS3D would be the new game.

I hope MapleStory 2 looks like Ragnarok Battle Offline but more Maple-ish, with platforms and all that stuff.

I just thought of something that would make MS2 good, a lower EXP requirement to level .

I hope it's a completely new game that doesn't affect this one at all, or just new graphics. Don't fucking change my gameplay. =(

Maplestory 3D is going to fail as much ass as Ragnarok 2(3D) did/does compared to the original 2D version.
Maplestory 2 if they do it right could be awesome. Overhaul everything that is retarded in MS make it bigger resolution etc etc. And ofcourse char transfer like they did with RYL1 > RYL2.
