Weird..i got my refund?

I charged NX 3 days ago..i did not request a refund of any sort, and i did not use credit card, i used the balance in my paypal account, and today i got an e-mail:

Will my account be banned? Even though if i didn't do anything wrong? Or do i just get free NX?

For what? Nexon did the refund, not him. Besides Nexon stated that they'll never give refunds back for nx cash so this is their mistake.

Apparently sarcasm is lost on you. I'm implying from my last post that regardless of the fact that Nexon refunded him, by having spent the NX, they would have no hesitation banning him for a mistake they made.
No different to the people I know who got banned for "Bigfoot abuse" when they never even went into NLC.
Nexons mistake, yet players are punished for it.
