Yeah, not sure if you were being sarcastic.. But uhm, when Nexon releases new faces, if it's EXP (I think), they don't show you during updates. But if it's VIP faces, they do, I believe? EXP face is kind of like EXP hair. >_> Randomized!

Btw, to me, EXP = REG. I really don't see a difference..

So they just stuck in a random face in god knows what town and expect you to try REG coupons until you some how stumble on the face you want?
