Since this patch was so small, there is obviously very little that changed.
About the only thing of note in this patch is they changed a file called MCSkill. This file is responsible for the skills you can perform while in Monster Carnival (thus, Monster Carnival Skill).
Here are the skills:
공격력/마력 UP
Targets: 1 Enemy
Description: 30초간 공격력/마력을 + 20% 증가한다.
시야제한
Targets: 1 Enemy
Description: 상대 파티원에게 10초간 시야제한 상태이상이 적용된다.
물리/마법 방어력 UP
Targets: 2 Enemies
CP: 19
Description: 30초간 물리/마법 방어력을 + 20% 증가한다.
슬로우
Targets: 1 Enemy
Description: 상대 파티원에게 10초간 슬로우 상태이상이 적용된다.
획득 경험치 UP
Targets: 1 Enemy
CP: 12
Description: 30초간 획득 경험치율이 2배로 상승한다.
봉인
Targets: 1 Enemy
CP: 19
Description: 상대 파티원에게 10초간 봉인 상태이상이 적용된다.

Attack / Magic UP

Sight Restriction
Targets: 1 Enemy
Description: For 10 seconds, Sight Restriction is applied to 1 other party member.
Physical / Magic Defense UP
Targets: 1 Enemy
Description: For 30 seconds, Physical/Magic defense increase by +20%
Slow
Targets: 1 Enemy
Description: The other party is applied Slow for 10 seconds.
EXP UP
Targets: 1 Enemy
Description: For 30 seconds, acquire double experience.
Seal
Targets: 1 Enemy
Description: The other party is applied Seal for 10 seconds.

CPQ is now like Ani, kind of.
Every :15 and :30 of the hour you receive an invite to go into Monster Carnival. You can only go in 5 times a day.

Not sure if i want that but CPQing on a character is annoying as is. At least now i won't have to travel.

This is bullcrap. CPQ was unbelievably fast at 3X and 4X, and was a good CDs/Scarecrows alternate until 51. Now it's a crappy ani-esque event that's FIVE TIMES PER DAY.

Now they don't force you to level through CPQ anymore. It's not like I did anyways, hated CPQ.
