Buying something encourages a company to make more of it. Not buying something forces the company to make fewer of it. A company isn't going to make a piece of material and try to sell it whether it will sell or not.

At first I was sure this was an April 1st joke...but it isnt April 1st...

I really have no idea why people are complaining so much at this. It literally does not affect us at all, except for a card that looks different. So what if the % they're donating is low, it's still more than the 0% donated before. I never saw anyone complaining that nexon wasn't donating their NX revenue to charity before, but now when they start donating a little to charity, everyone rages at them. Seems like nexon just can't win with you guys.

What does the cards having a new name and a new design have to do with charities (other than being called 'Karma')?

Don't try to hide your obvious greed by pulling a stunt like this. Maplers aren't stupid (a small decent percentage of them at least ). We'll want to see the amounts going to charities, and other proof.

You are forgetting about the flexibility! Maybe they are thinner kards, so they can bend more easily.

If there's a portion being donated to charity, how about saying what % per card so we know how much the price in total is being increased? They're not going to leave it at a $10 card with a dollar or two sales tax added on, they're losing money on that then.

I don't think they are losing money if they are managing their own cards....

They used FastCard and I'm pretty sure a percentage of the money they make is given to FastCard.

The thing I want to know is, what's the name of the charity? They can't just tell us that they're donating an unspecified percentage of money to an unknown "charity." Oh wait, yes they can...
