Tims Secret Lab 3,000 NX
Tims Secret Lab can only be used on an item that does not have Potential, and each lab can only be used once.

To purchase and activate Tims Secret Lab:

- Enter the Cash Shop, go to the Event tab, then select the Event subsection.
- Purchase Tim's Secret Lab, then move it to your Item Inventory.
- Exit the Cash Shop and open your Item Inventory.
- Go to the Cash tab and double-click Tim's Secret Lab.
- Go to the Equip tab of your Item Inventory, then drag an item without Potential into Tim's Secret Lab.
- Click OK.

Your item will now have hidden Potential applied to it! You can reveal the Potential using a Magnifying Glass sold by general store NPCs, and you can reset the Potential using a Miracle Cube or Premium Miracle Cube from the Cash Shop.

This is one secret youll want to share!

Tim must be Nexon's official drug dealer.

What's to understand?
It's not having what you want - It's wanting what you've got.

He's a scientist from Magatia (assuming by the book) who's been experimenting with potential scrolls to give us more likelyhood to get pot.
Duh.

Yep. It was made specifically for these wonderful little "news flashes" that aren't.

It's not news however. We all knew it was there and coming.
News would be them actually doing something or announcing something or revealing something.

it's funny that they explained how to use it step-by-step after so many morons didn't know how to use the wards and ruined their weapons

That would be too easy and wouldn't be profitable. If they were, you'd have to make the success rate on all those like 50-60% instead. Bad marketing because it works 100% of the time. Nexon wants REPEAT consumers, which is why Cubes fail so hard and why their Super cubes are required for extra lines and (in KMS) the Legendary status. If bad = more profit, if good= no more profit. If still bad = more profit.

So per your suggestion, it would be a 90% chaos scroll to have positive stats, 10% to not have bad stats; your GM scrolls would be better than normal GM scrolls, but also fail at an 80% rate and not consume a slot. Your enhancements would have to fail at a 30% rate on a fully hammered item, and your clean slate scrolls would have to work at a 80% rate to get rid of 1 slot and a 30% chance to clear 2 slots.

And then the level up potions would have to be a 50% level up rate, 30% rate to get random exp, and 20% to get only 5% exp.

These modifications would make people buy more because they have a hgh chance to do the thing necessary, but not at a 100% chance, so if the unlucky person gets an unlucky roll, they basically have to buy another one.

Of course, since they're so good, they have to be priced at like 20k nx per scroll.

TL;DR-
Nexon:

1 Get pixels
2 make it do good stuff with chance at failure or completely unwanted results
3 price super high
4 ???
5 PROFIT!

Selling 2x cards, cubes to make you stronger and expensive stuff to perfect your weapons with is much more profitable and longer lasting than instant level up shìt.

How about 50k NX a piece? I almost know for sure quite some people will buy those...

Then again, max it to 2 per month per char would be a good idea for Nexon... 100 dollar per month extra... lol... this is such good business...

Tim Pendergast's unofficial basterd child he had with Dr.Krakia's great grand daughter who studied under T-1337 to fuse versalian technologies and Maple world technologies with Visitor equipments which resulted in the unexplainable power that gives items hidden potential 100% of the time. It can only be harnessed by giving Nexon cold hard cash because the money is directly used to buy the pixels and fuse them together.

If anyone's curious about the UI it's basically the same as everything else, ever.
