1. BEST SHOULDERPADS IN MS FOR CHEAP
2. Monster books with dynamic drop tables
3. Possible Flying mounts?(Fiel, can you confirm/disprove this?)
4. 2 hr 1.5x coupons
Things I'm NOT excited for
1. A pvp mode that will be filled with hackers in a matter of hours

EPIC PATCH IS EPIC! I felt I got trolled hard. I never thought we'd see Monster Book or Cross Brigade from JMS in GMS. This looks like it'll be fun. So glad I was proven wrong. L>Soul Weapons and Monster Familiars from JMS too~

Honestly, I'm a bit miffed that they continuously hyped this patch as "exclusive content" with the only true exclusive being a new PvP mode, but the actual content we are getting is nothing to whine about. This patch is bigger than I hoped it would be.

I've wanted monster book back for a long time to give me a good excuse to go after monsters I normally would never touch.
Also, as you said, I see this as a good sign that GMS may rip even more delicious, juicy content from JMS.
Previously, thanks to that whole Neo Tokyo nonsense, it seemed that all the cool stuff JMS has been getting wouldn't touch ground outside that version.

Still, Nexon America seriously needs to learn that 'exclusive' has a bigger connotation in the gaming world than just 'only we have it'. That is, it's generally only used for big releases, not trivial additions.
Or maybe we need to learn that they'll continue to use 'exclusive' to mean just what it means.

Also kind funny that this is the "Exclusive content" we waited the whole of summer for. It makes that thread where you list what you think might be the exclusive content seem quite useless and funny.

I do however love the monster book and the maybe(praying) flying mounts.

Actual content for us to play/explore for(last time we had real content?)
Nice equips
Monster Book and a monster book equip that levels up based on the completion of your cards.
New story boss monsters.
Capture The Flag (which might be fun)
Sheryl(I wanted a tsundere npc for so long)
Possible flying mounts...

I feel like their "exclusive content" was VERY over hyped. But that could be that i was hoping for something new (as in REALLY new- like a new area to explore or new sets of items that we could hunt/obtain). Now i just have to play their stupid, probably unbalanced, capture the flag, which doesn't quite have the same appeal as Masteria had when it came out. I'm more sad than happy right now- glad we get something useful with this patch (yay cheapish shoulder pad with slots that i don't have to spend hundreds of millions on).

Meh, aside from doing some Monsterbook hunting and getting that Shoulderpad, looks like I'll just be waiting on Cannon Shooters, Mercedes and Demon Hunters to come.

While the last two clues were fairly recent, CvP should have been clue enough that Nexon America doesn't have the development team to create big, exclusive content.

It's now 1 card per monster (not 5) you get bonuses and can "equip" cards for those bonuses to activate. And the cards drop at a ridiculously high rate so everyone will have a full monster book by Thursday if the patch is on Tuesday.

Which is a good thing, I hope you're not complaining about this like everything else. I figure something as an easy to drop to be a good thing with the way nexon is about drop rates.
