So scepters are called scepters but are classified as 1h BW in the data?

Start hoarding 1h BW GM scrolls i guess.

Indeed. And I don't see anything in the character data which would make these weapons only work for Demon Slayers, so Paladins could use these items.

I guessed as much. The best one is fast (5) too so they aren't terrible, plus they look awesome AND you can use a shield with it.

Except they're all untradable - maybe they come from job advancements/quests, along with the Force Shields.
