Do we have any confirmation on whether the daily ticket quest is being removed? Because that would sure throw a wrench at this statement since it would be exactly the same as golden temple in the past.

They removed all quests relating golden temple.

Nexon can hardly be called a "micro-transactional based free to play" company anymore. They have not been for a long long time. For me a "micro-transaction" is something under a dollar. For Nexon it is becoming anything under $100. The prices they have now for some things is ridiculous.

I might be totally wrong and they could have the daily quest, but they had mentioned that all quests inside of the Golden Temple have been removed (possibly including the quest to get a daily ticket). And this seems too glamorous to let people in for free daily.

Patch notes describe GT in quite some detail, including the free first ticket and the cash shop tickets. You would think that if one could still get a free ticket every day through the usual recycled ticket quest, it would be mentioned in the notes. But, we will know for sure soon enough.
