(strafe would only get 1 chance, double shot 1 chance, and hurricane skills, one chance per arrow is it not?)

No, it's only the same speed but 2 arrow per attack(else you won't see a 2nd damage above the first one).

Can't really say anything true about it until you have tested if you get damage dealt from damage reflect like that would request someone to test it if that was possible.
They don't seem to have changed much else than possibly making it harder to knock bosses back, it's still the most agile class that I've seen but I would rather play a cannon shooter.

Are the skill tables going to be updated?
I'm simply asking because I'm confused about pre-requisites ;/ You state that Ring of Ishtar requires 20 Strike Dualshot, but Korean forums don't. You state Legendary Spear needs 10 Leap Tornado, Korean forums say 10 High Kick Demolition.
